Salman Khan gets relief in his hit and run case
In a big relief for Salman Khan, the Bombay High Court granted bail to the ‘Dabbang’ star and suspended his 5 year sentence in the hit-and-run case. The ‘Kick’ actor will have to now go to trial court to execute fresh bail bond because his interim bail ends today.
This case heads back to Sept 2002 when Salman’s Toyota Land Cruiser ran over a group of people sleeping on the pavement outside a bakery in suburban Bandra. One person was killed and four others were injured in the accident.
