You cannot keep the maverick director Ram Gopal Varma out of the news. His latest offering Department is in news again. Latest buzz doing the movie circles is that, the entire climax of Department has been re-shot.

The reason for the re-shoot is that, Sanjay Dutt was not convinced about the climax, after he saw the final rushes. Apparently, Ramu initially argued against re-shooting. But he finally gave in. The climax was re-shot in utmost secrecy last week. Ramu’s idea is to make Department look bigger and grander than his previous films. Department stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati which is slated for release this May 18.
