‘Gabbar is Back’ crosses 85 Crore mark

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gabbar is Back’ has opened on a good note and became the highest grosser of 2015.

According to reports, this film crossed the 85 Crore mark and stands with a total collection of 85.2 crores at the domestic box office. The second week collections of this film is moved down by Deepika Padukone’s ‘Piku’ and the third week collections are affected by Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Tanu weds Manu returns’. However, this is movie is expected to join the prestigious 90 Crore mark in this weekend.

Directed by Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, this film is an official remake of Tamil hit ‘Ramana’. ‘Gabbar Is Back’ is the story of a common man who fights against corruption.
