Following up on Aamir Khan’s visit CM Rajasthan Ashok Ghelot met the Chief Justice to ask for that a fast track court be created to deal with female foeticide cases. The Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Arun Mishra approved the set up a fast track court which will look into expediting trials in cases of female foeticide. Aamir Khan followed through on the promise that he made on the first episode of his T.V show, ‘Satyamev Jayate’ that dealt with creating awareness on the dark issue of female foeticide that is so rampant in the Indian society. Aamir visited Ghelot earlier this week to appeal to the CM to set up a fast track court. Which is already in the process of coming into existence. The show was first aired on May the 6th, Sunday and in a short span of 6 days had already made such an impact on our society. Sources say the next episode of ‘Satyamev Jayate’ will deal with child abuse. ‘Satyamev Jayate’ will be aired every Sunday at 11 a.m. on Star Plus and several regional channels too.
